Ingredients:
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. pink lemonade concentrate
3 lg. eggs
1/3 c. oil
2-3 drops red food coloring
Mix well and bake in cupcake liners at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Frost with buttercream frosting flavored with lemon and colored pink. Yum!
