I have never grown a garden before in my life. And even though this title looks like I have don't be fooled. My sister's grew a garden and I moved down just in time to reap the benefits. Being a corn farmer's daughter you would think I would atleast know something but all I ever learned was weeding and watering. In fact dad dug up the potatoes for this so I can't even say I've ever done that! But I did help pick the peas and squash and onions. I love this time of year and reaping the benefits of freshly gown vegetables. Hope someday soon I'll fulfill my dream of growing my own garden. I added the recipes which I used for these vegetables.
